CANCELLATION-RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1. If you place an order electronically through the website you use, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract offered to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
3. The shipping costs, which are the shipping costs of the product, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
5. If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days from the date of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.
6. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
7. If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold has not been paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the contracted product to the seller within 3 days, the shipping costs being borne by the seller.
8. If a force majeure event that the seller cannot foresee occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the order to be canceled, the product to be replaced with a similar one, or the delivery to be postponed until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation.
9. The buyer will inspect the contracted goods/service before receiving it; it is in the category of torn, stained, etc. damaged and defective goods, and must protect the goods/service after receiving it. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
10. The Buyer may exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that he/she notifies the Seller using the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must not have the product label torn off or the hygiene tapes removed, and must be sent back with the transparent protection bag and original package/box received. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received them from.
*** Damaged products for which no report has been kept are definitely not returned.
In order for the product to be returned, it must be sent with an invoice. The return of named and custom-made products that have lost their resalability and cannot be sold to another customer is not accepted and the price is not refunded.
The prices of the products whose return is approved are paid to you as soon as possible.
